CONFIDENTIALITY /NON DISCLOSURE

The use of this web site constitutes your acceptance of the following:
Mac Papers and Packaging wishes to disclose to Customer certain Confidential Information through Mac Papers and Packaging online internet system (Portal), which is deemed proprietary by Mac Papers, which relates to its business association with the Customer. This is a secured site accessible by the Customer and/or designated employees.

The Customer acknowledges receipt of a secured password, which allows access to the Portal Internet system, use of the Mac Papers and Packaging proprietary tools associated with Portal and Confidential Information. The Customer has received the secured access into Portal for the sole purpose of conducting business with Mac Papers.

For the purpose of this agreement, "Confidential Information" includes all data related to prices, purchases, inventories; printed materials used to promote www.macpapers.com and Portal; future enhancements, user names, passwords; know-how; ideas; concepts; design; drawings; flow charts; diagrams and other intellectual property related to the Portal product and services or the business relationship between Mac Papers and Packaging and the Customer.

Mac Papers and Packaging and the Customer acknowledges that by having access to this Confidential Information, neither, will publish, copy or disclose any of this information other than to those employees with a need to know in order to perform their duties and will make every effort to prevent disclosure of this information to any third party.

Upon the departure of any employee, termination or voluntary, who has separate secured access into Portal, the Customer's assigned Mac Papers and Packaging' representative will be notified of such departure within five business days.

No Confidential Information provided by Portal shall be integrated, downloaded or copied to any other Customer developed or third-party developed software or Information System without the expressed written consent of Mac Papers and Packaging.

The Conditions and terms of this Agreement can only be changed through written communication and shall be in effect as long as the Customer wishes to use Portal for the sole purpose of conducting business with Mac Papers and Packaging.

The validity, interpretation and enforceability of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida.

Mac Papers and Packaging will not sell or provide any third party with customer information gathered during this acceptance procedure. Mac Papers will only use this information for the intended purpose of allowing access into Portal tools, order confirmations, related business and Portal communications and/or notification of future Portal enhancements.

SITE CONTENTS, OWNERSHIP, AND USE RESTRICTIONS

This site is controlled and operated from the corporate offices of Mac Papers and Packaging, located in Jacksonville, Florida, U.S.A. Therefore, claims relating to, including the use of, this Site and the materials contained herein are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. If you choose to access this Site from another location, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
